This annual event is presented by the Home & Building Association of Greater Grand Rapids. The event features home remodeling projects that have been completed within the past two years. Entry into this program is open to all licensed contractor members of the Home & Building Association of Greater Grand Rapids.

Whole Cottage Remodel in Middleville
Creekside Construction reorganized the original floor plan and added a second story and two stall attached garage to make a completely fabulous cottage for the owners. They created a three bedroom, three bath cottage incorporating in the design the beautiful views of Payne Lake.
An open plan was used to create the kitchen, dining and family room for large family gatherings and guests. The unique staircase was creatively designed to maximize the space to the upper floor. A side entry into the full bath allows for a convenient entrance for lake guests into the home. A Procell deck was installed on the lake side of the cottage for a maintenance free, beautiful porch area. Kitchen, Dining Room and Back Entry Remodel in Caledonia
Located on beautiful Green Lake, Creekside Construction Inc. designed two additions to allow for a larger kitchen and created a beautiful dining room overlooking the lake. Inside the new kitchen, custom built cabinets were created to include all of the homeowner's wishes for her dream kitchen. It includes corbels, pillars, and a large island custom made to fit everything perfectly. Granite counters along with a beautiful, solid, hand made copper farm sink give this kitchen the finishing touches it deserves.
In the dining room addition, a large window facing the lake was added for a spectacular view along with additional windows on each side of the room which gives the feeling of being outdoors. A new back entry was created which gave the homeowners a new welcoming entry. This must see will give you many ideas of what Creekside Construction Inc. can do for you.

Whole House Remodel in Holland
In 1948, a beautiful stone-sided ranch home was built on the shores of Lake Michigan just north of Tunnel Park. For nearly 60 years the home served as a great summer getaway for its owners. But 1948 cutting-edge design just doesn’t cut it in 2008, especially not in a home with this location and this potential. So goodbye dark paneling. Goodbye dusty rose plumbing fixtures. Morris Builders, Inc. constructed a spacious 864 square foot game room addition over homeowner's existing 3-stall garage. It features many amenities for all ages to enjoy. Easy access to the room is available through the garage as well as an upstairs bedroom. This game room is a comfortable space to hang out with its own HVAC/Air conditioning system. Kitchen and Family Room remodel
This year’s Showcase entry is our second renovation project for this client..a kitchen and living room renovation. The project consisted of removing the 80’s style cabinets, bulkhead, knotty pine paneling from the kitchen and updating/modernizing it with maple cabinets with shaker style doors and a dark stain. We also added a large island with a granite top for working and eating. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, oak flooring throughout and a special light feature – monorail lighting over the island. Come see this 80’s kitchen transformation!
